Nursing students, welcome to the Center for Academic Excellence help page. Below you will find some handouts which will assist you with APA format and with the conventions of academic English. You will also find a link which will allow you to e-mail initial drafts of papers to the CAE for review by one of our tutors. We hope that you will utilize the information on this page and take advantage of the tutoring help available, whether online or in room 1610 in Harshman Hall.
It is highly recommended that you print and keep a copy of the "Basic Guide to APA (6th ed.) References," which is probably the most useful handout available here. |
